Dogs:
Dogs by arrangement only and for a charge. Your four-legged friend is not allowed in the food areas, the swimming pools and the SPA area. Please bring a dog basket or blanket.
Reservations:
Bookings are binding as soon as we have sent you written confirmation.
Cancellation policy:
Please inform us as soon as you can if you have to cancel your holiday.
• Up to 30 days before start of the holiday: no charge
• 29 to 22 days before start of the holiday: 20% of the total booked services
• 21 to 7 days before start of the holiday: 50% of the total booked services
• Up to 6 days before start of the holiday: 80% of the total booked services
• Non arrival or early departure: 100% of the total booked services
Tip: We recommend you take out travel cancellation insurance. It protects you if something goes wrong!

It’s always possible for something to go wrong or get in the way... to ensure there are no cancellation costs, we recommend a travel cancellation insurance.

We are not always able to guarantee your floor, location and room number within your specified category. We will do our best to fulfil your wishes.
Children’s prices:
Per day in an extra bed, with 2 adults paying the full price, incl. half board
For B&B children receive a €10 discount.
